I am experiencing high blood sugar readings lately. I am wondering if

i should be tapering down my cortisol doses.

I have heard that there is a high incidence of diabetes in the

's community. I need to get this under control fast.

any info or suggestions welcome for now.

Is your BP (sitting to standing) rising as well? If so then I would

definitely cut the HC back.

Are you on an Atkins/type diet? This is most important. First go low glycemic

while you figure out the HC stuff.

Anyone taking Wobenzym supplements for back pain, etc.? I just read of this

enzyme in S. Sommers book and wanted some more info on this supplement.

Thanks, i am on another diet or just started it as far as i am able to

follow it. Blood sugars this a.m. are coming down.

I have used Wobenzym off and on for several years. It is an excellent

systemic enzyme. Dr Sherry says it helps to clear stagnant sludge

from lymphatics and blood, encouring mobilization of chemicals from fat more

easily. She recommends taking it when you have no food in your stomach for

a few hours before so the enzymes are working in the blood stream not on

digesting your food. I have found it helps me most when I take 6 to 8

Wobenzym during the night when I get up to go to the bathroom. When I am on

a wobenzym regiment, I keep the bottle and a glass for water in the bathroom

so I can take it if I get up during the night and find it easily with just

my guide lite (without turning on a bright lite).

I highly recommend it.

I've used them on and off myself. I like them a lot but wish they were cheaper.
