I have both an Omron wrist b/p cuff with pulse monitor (get a good one, around $90) as well as a $20 heart monitor that's like a wristwatch and you put your finger on a sensor. That's actually the best for determining a-fib because you HEAR the beats and when it's irregular and all over the place, it's obvious. My two cents.
