Hi , thank you for that very detailed and thoughtful answer—plenty to go with.

I do drink tons of water — sometimes I think TOO much :)

I totally understand on the herbs too — it’s SCARY that people think they are “OK and SAFE” just

Cuz they are “natural” -- so is poison ivy and poision mushrooms!

I started the B vitamins about 10 days ago, a good multi, and fish oil with COQ-10 so that should help...

I also take calcium — I am lactose intolerant....

I know what you mean about the shakiness, not wanting to do jack, etc.

I had a day like that yesterday and it just ticks me off —the last two weeks I have been UP UP UP and the CRASH and burn...

I think it’s very much related to my “other hormones” though cuz I have tracked my moods, physical symptoms, life events, etc for about 10 years

And find it does come at an exact time each month but then — there’s at least one other “surprise” attack with no rhyme or reason and that

Was the one that I had yesterday and it just really knocked me off my feet — tired, grumpy, short-tempered, anxious, etc...

Today I am back to “OK” again – I did do Yoga for almost an hour late yesterday and that seemed to help a lot.

I need to remember to get back to that — for me, it’s the best “drug” -- I have many different routines but the one I did yesterday

Is SO Relaxing and has lots of gentle stretches and breathing and I just skip the ones where you have to contort yourself.
