Guest guest
Well, I see Gale (and you) experienced exactly what I did last night. Waking at 3:00 AM and not going back to sleep. It's much worse now that I'm working up to the 20mg. dose past two days. Guess I may increase afternoon and cut out bedtime dose, as you suggested. Maybe could ask my doctor for something to sleep, but don't really want to. Speaking of licorice, that was the first thing I considered way back when I first started suspecting adrenal innsufficiency, but gave up the idea because my blood pressure has been l48/98 and upper number even higher some mornings and at doctors. I would be willing to try if you could give me your thoughts. Here are my labs. Morning cortisol l7.2H 3.7-9.5 Noon l.7 l.2/3.0 Eve l.6 0.6-l.9 Night 0.5 0.4-l.0 T3 95 0-l8l ng/dl T4 7.2 4.5-l2.5 mcg/dl Free T3 27l 230-420 pg/dl Also, can you tell me from this if I do in fact have a conversion problem. I have been off thyroid for 3-4 months, as I have problems like described last night. Regards, Pat me your thoughts. Here are my labs: Re: 3:00 AM HC 7.5-5-5-2.5 You can try one f two things, wither drop the last dose entirely, or make it 5MG. I would try dropping it first. One of the two shou.ld work to help you slep better. I cut my bedtime dose to 2.5 this week and was up since 3AM... But some others need less than I do at bedtime. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ No virus found in this incoming message.
