Guest guest
Hiya & welcome from a fellow football mom!! My son will be a senior this year too (sob sob sob!!) and I could not be more proud of him..or more sad that this is his last year of high school!! Hi , It is nice to hear from another footballmom!! Two years ago when my oldest son was a senior it was a little easier knowing he soon would be out of highschool and off to college I think mainly because I still had Josh!! We still have a dd in the 10th grade this year but this is the last year of football!! My dh is the president of the touchdown booster club and we work alot during football season on fund raising and supporting the boys. And I dont know what I am going to do with all my time.My dd does do track. Thank you for your advice and I work out everyday on my treadmill and drink lots of water!! Its just when I have down time that I eat to much. LIke last night I had dinner before practice and then had it again when we got home at 9:00 pm. i mean I didnt really want it just eat it kinda mondless like. I wish I could stop the mindless eating.I am a very busy person but that still doesnt help me! Well I have vented long enough just hope to have a good day. So it's basically a matter of replacing the habit of eating to counter those feelings. Maybe take a bath or shower, or have a 5 minute stretch routine, or any activity that might relieve those feelings and calm you down. Listen to music, maybe. 2) your eating may be unbalanced, with heavier meals followed by hours of non eating, which would make your blood sugar spike and make you extra hungry. I eat lots of small meals throughout the day. I know you're busy, maybe you can have fruit, or cheese, nuts or other healthy snacks on hand to keep your blood sugar steady.
