Here is what the label reads on the back of my ProEFA bottle so you can make

the conversion:

serving size: 2 softgels

omega 3 638 mg

EPA 296 mg

DHA 196 mg

other omega 146 mg

borage oil 360 mg

GLA 88 mg

Note that the serving size is two capsules!

I know I'm having a brain cramp but can someone tell me what the

equivalent of two ProEFA capsules are to the retail liquid version

(Complete Omega liquid). My ProEFA shipment didn't come and none of

my area health food stores had the Complete Omega capsules. So it's

the liquid version until the shipment comes and I want to make sure

I'm giving him the same amount as the two capsules. I hesitate to

call the company as it seems that they are restraining the general

public's use of the Pro line? The on line store that I was buying

from had the ProEFA taken from them and they are now only allowed to

sell the retail 60 capsule bottle.

Thanks in advance,

2 caps is the same (just about) as 1/2 tsp.
