Guest guest Posted January 30, 2004 Report Share Posted January 30, 2004 I think I may have spoken to soon about the Dantrium.'s muscles are more relaxed, but I'm afraid it may be upsetting her stomach. Last week she was coughing some,not a cold like cough,more like clearing her throat.Her throat did look a little red so I called her ped and he sent her an antibiotic.This really did'nt help much.Dr Hersh checked her over and she seemed find. He increased the Dantrium Wed.and she is doing more of the coughing and burping.For the last 2 days she has eaten even less than usual and she acts like she is gagging.Tonight I opened the G-tube and let it drain,this did seem to help.I've been giving her a oz or so of flat caffine free sprite every hour,this has also seemed to help.
