Guest guest
Tyler has a CI but we use an earmold to help hold the ear piece on. I have no problem trimming the tubing but Tyler is a master at pulling the tubing completely out of the mold. Does anyone know if the tubing can be replaced or does a new earmold need to be made? Guest guest
I think you can just get new tubing; call your audi and ask. on 12/7/04 4:21 PM, Debra Brunt at debra_brunt@... wrote: > > Tyler has a CI but we use an earmold to help hold the ear piece on. Guest guest
We just had the tubing replaced. It was a quick thing to do. Guest guest
It should be able to be fixed. With some earmolds, the tubing is actually glued inside of the earmold - so perhaps this is why it continues to fall out. Check in with your audie to get it taken care of.
