Robin... all Iknow right now, is that it needs to be taken care of. I am not

happy with this situation, so while having the tummy tuck, I decided to go ahead

and have the breast lift done.

I sent breast pics to Dr. Baltasar, who will be doing the TT. He sent the pics

on to the plastic surgeon to assess my needs. My tatoos are quite large and I

was wondering if the could be worked around. I got a pic back from the plastic

surgeon with the tentative markings on it for the incisions. The nipple will

remain attached, so as to not cut off the blood supply. The excess skin will

then be removed and the breast will migrate upward. My scars should be on the

underside of each breast and the tatoos unscathed. In theory, it looks pretty

good. There will be no cutting on the breast tissue, only removal of excess

skin. My cup size should remain the same (D), just perkier.

As for the TT, Dr. Baltasar will be doing it and the plastic surgeon will help

him. The operation(s) are expected to last about 4 hours. I also have some

excess stuff at the top of my butt and asked it that could be stretched a bit

forward and integrated into the TT. Dr. B said that he and Dr. Amorrortu would

assess me better at the hospital, but it is possible. They will have to see how

much longer the incision will have to be.
