's dietician recommended that we switch from Polycose to

Duocal. I was wondering if anyone has gotten their insurance company

to pay for this? I called mine, and they weren't very helpful - have

the doctor call an authorization then we may approve it (but who

knows how long that will take). Of course, if you buy any prior to

approval, we won't pay for it.

Called Dr. H's office and some fellow called me back saying that they

need to speak to 's dietician (of course, they don't know the

first thing about the product). However, they never called the

dietician (I spoke to her last night). I am finding that every time

I call Dr. H's office for something I have a problem. Usually, they

don't even return my calls.

Since started Periactic last month, he is refluxing about 2x a

week. I was going to call Dr. H this morning to discuss Zantac. I

hope SOMEONE over there actually talks to me! If not, is

supposed to see his pediatrician on Wednesday for a weigh-in. I will

just get him to give me a prescription.

Judith, Steve, (15 mo RSS, just cut his first molar - ahead of

his sister), (15 mo no-RSS)
