Hiya Sara!! I too live mostly alone (my teenage son lives here part time but

since he is almost never home I may as well live alone except for my dawg &

cat :) and I KNOW how hard it can be to get & stay motivated to exercise. I

could tell you all the old school things of promising yourself new clothes or a

great treat etc but I am sure you are more than familiar with those kinds of

reinforcements (and since we are adults and can pretty much get treats or

clothes

at will it doesnt always work lol)!!

What I would suggest is this babe....promise yourself just TEN MINS a day

(4-6 times a week whatever your schedule is) ..even if your goal is 30 mins or

an

hour....promise yourself just 10 mins and most of the time..you will end up

doing more. The more often you do this..the better you will feel...and the

easier (eventually) it will become for exercise to be part of your routine. It

may

sound hokey friend but I PROMISE it works...it really does. Because even on

the worst days when you only hold on for the 10 mins...at least you have done

that :) Right??!! RIGHT!!!

I really do wish you the best of luck and hope to hear more about your

success soon!!

Hugs

Shan
