Flu Shots and Adrenal fatigue

Val,

Since our immune systems are already compromised from adrenal fatigue,

do you recommend getting a flu shot or not? I'm concerned that if I get

a flu shot, that will stress my adrenals but if I get the flu, I will

really hit bottom.
