Only Isocort?

Dear Valarie:

I'm beginning to have temps of 98 and above afer a lifetime of 97.6 and way

below at times. Have you ever heard of anyone who didn't need thyroid - just

Isocort or HC? It's probably just wishful thinking on my part because of the

horrendous toxicity I get with any kind of thyroid hormone.

TWO biggies. You are lowering night time cortisol too much which causes

no only low cortiosl tat 4AM but then you did the biggie and ate sugar

in the PM. Further cause for nypoglycemia at 4AM between the two you

were guaranteed to have adrenaline rush at 4AM. Stop the PS and possibly

take some Isocort at bedtime if you have it, and NO high carb foods

after about 5PM. Also eationg protein at bedtime helps.
