Overwhelmed by morning anxiety

Hi, I am new and have been reading and learning from the posts. I

have some questions;

1- Is the symptom of " heart palpatations " really the heart racing

(increased pulse rate) or is it the anxious " fluttering " one feels in

the chest like an anxiety attack in a chronic bad mood?

2-I found a doctor to give me the saliva test and did some blood work

but he's difficult to get a f/u appt. with. So I'm out here hanging.

My ASI results:

AM 14 13-24

noon 3 5-10

pm <1 3-8

nite 4 1-4

cortisol burden: 22 23-42

DHEA 7 3-10

Insulin fasting <3 3-12

Post prandial 5 5-20

Thyroid:

free T4 1.77 .61-1.76

Free T3 3.3 2.3-4.2

TSH .023 .35-5.5

I am currently taking 75ugm Levoxyl and 5ugm cytomel. My gyn put me

on it to treat me symptomatically last year as my blood tests were

normal. She had me up to 200ugm Levoxyl before another doc told me to

get off! So I'm finally down to 75Ugm.

I'm taking compounded cortisol capsules according to your website and

am up to 7.5, I got really achy the past 2 days.

My body temp has been low--between 96-97.5-- for years. I just

started tracking my temps to look for fluctuations.

I've been fatigued, despondent, weepy, unable to sleep(that's doing me

in)with many other adrenal symptoms. I eat very nutritious meals.Oh

yea, I took my adrenal test results to an " allopathic

endocrinologist " (his words) and he told me that there was nothing he

could do to help me--I've already done too much damage to myself by

taking the thyroid meds--and told me to go to a psychiatrist! Stop

the Madness, indeed!

Any thoughts, advice?
