Guest guest
I used the Miacalcin for a few months. Didn't mind the nasal side effects, but I couldn't live with the stiff neck/shoulders. I felt unsafe driving since I could barely turn my head. Don's been taking it with no side effect whatsoever. Sue will jump in here with the latest studies, but it appears that the 3 months I took it might be all that really helps with it, too. If a person tolerates it, though, I'd go on doing it. As it is, I'm doing 1 500mg calc (mine), 1 Tri Boron (Twin Lab) and 1 Ipriflavone 300mg four times each day. I am working on a single pill that will have that same combo, so I'd take 4 pills per day vs the 12 I'm doing now. And of course, that is doubled since what I do, Don does. And we take 6 EXTRA vit D per day and our D levels are still low. That's 18 pills to try to save the bones ALONE. Dexascan anyone?
