It comes in 1mg and 5 mg strengths. I take 5 mg every day and I can usually feel the difference in energy levels right away. I don't know if this is true, but I once read that b12 helps the conversion of t4 to t3. Maybe Val will say if this is right. Good luck waiting for your labs! Guest guest
Dalhia, The injection solutin is Cyanocobalamin, which apparently is the worse kind. I would rather take the Methylcobalamin kind. My Intergrative doctor is supposed to be very good so when I read the stickie note on the ferrintin b-12 forum, and read that the one I was taking did not do a whole lot I was bothered by my doctor who sold me this with the minny shots . Everytime I leave their my bill is no lower than $200 and something dollars. I think the sublingual is easier and I will just have to eat the cost of the one I purchased. No wonder after I took them only two times I felt actually worse and it has a potent smell. a erica wechsler wrote: Thanks Dahlia, I will purchase those. As of right now my had free T4 that was low and TSH was normal but barely. So I will get the free t3 Monday. But I will for sure get the Iron adn B12 as usually feel ok not getting upset ,but the last couple days ,any noise like the alarm ,when we open doors to alert us someone walked in or my mom's loud NY voice lol I want to shout from the roof tops for it to be quiet. Guest guest
I am taking Perque sublingual hydroxycobalamin and I find it to be very effective. Problem I have is that I am having strong detox like reactions with it. It feels as if it is detoxing me and my body can not handle the detox products. I am dividing 2000 mcg tablet into four parts and can not take 500 mcg part for more than two days in a row.Than I have to give at least a week break. bw Nil Re: Re: Test results a Dalhia, The injection solutin is Cyanocobalamin, which apparently is the worse kind. It's quite amazing what a deficiency will do and amazing how easily corrected with supplements. >>The injection solutin is Cyanocobalamin, which apparently is the worse kind. Guest guest
I did not know that B-12 causes detox. At this point I am hardly functioning and I can not handle anymore health issues than what I am already am experiecing so if that is the case with the B-12 I will have to wait. Thanks, a yildiz wrote: I am taking Perque sublingual hydroxycobalamin and I find it to be very effective. Problem I have is that I am having strong detox like reactions with it. Guest guest
Hi a I am long term CFS patient who has many problems including mercury toxicity, underfunctioning liver,kidneys,etc.. I have never heard anyone else having detox reactions so far but I am still mentioning it in case someone might shed some light on it.I suggest you not to decide according to this information. Many benefit from it. bw Nil Re: Re: Test results a
