Guest guest
Thanks Kristie- How soon did you notice a change in your energy level. I just started with 2 doses yesterday and then again this morning and I'm just as tired as ever. I know some say you need to load it, but I'm just following Cohen's directions. Also does it make you look/feel bloated?? Ugh. Thanks.
Guest guest
, I know about the dehydration risk, but I was just asking about the bloating because I think it's just my dismotility but wanted to check with someone who took creatine to see if could be that as well. Thanks.
Guest guest
Kristie, Twin Lab makes the Fizz Fuel. I just did a search on Fizz Fuel and came up with several hits, so you may want to look on-line for it. Kristie L Palmer wrote: Yes it is unflavored...it can get pretty expensive though, but it is a pure creatine. Also, I used to be able to get this stuff called Fizz Fuel (I liked the grape the best), but can't seem to find it much anymore. They did have it in the pharmacy in Cleveland the last time we were at CCF though. Kristie Message: 10 Date: Thu, 13 Nov 2003 18:17:10 EST From: LILQT4U1984@... If it works then I will definately consider ordering from the net like you do. Is yours unflavored?? Guest guest
, I don't take it, but I know it can make you dehydrated, so the bloating my be your bodies way of trying to preserve fluid's. Are you remembering to increase your fluid intake? LILQT4U1984@... wrote: Thanks Kristie- How soon did you notice a change in your energy level. Guest guest
Sorry I can't help with that. Hopefully someone else can. Good luck with it.
