Lost 1 1/2 lbs - I did not want to lose.Now back down to 7 under.Had to go for a Cat Scan on my Sinus , have been having awfull headaches.Willie

Sorry about that, am sure when you get all straightened out you will come back up.

Lost 1 3/4 lbs tonight, the lowest I have been for five years. Now 16 lbs from goal.

Kept my food journal each day.

Exercised 5 1/2 hours

Drank 64 ozs plus water each day

I warted my partner

I wrote one of our members twice and e-mailed her once.

Kept in touch with my team mates

Made two new hurdles one to portion control and did, I will continue this.

The other I added new and different exercise wich I will continue with.
