You stay at that dose until your THYROID is optimized, then hold for a couple

weeks when it is stable at 98.6 and THEN try to weanoff. If you try to wean

before your thyroid is optimal, you will fall right back into adrenal fatigue.

You can test all but the cortiosl. Cortisol testign while ON HC is guesswork and

very inaccuratre. This is why it is important to graph temps as it is the best

way I have found of finding the correct HC dose for you.

can ask him! Would it be of any benefit to take the saliva test

Testing cortisol while on HC is a waste of money and very inaccurate.

Basal temps only show thyroid status. which as you can see that too with

the three times daily average it is not really necessary.
