Guest guest
I get a weekly massage and I do feel it helps me a lot. I pay for them myself and not insurance. Because I have had good results, now my neuro suggests it to her other patients. I think she uses me as a measuring stick. Gentner Alone we can do so little. Together we can do so much. Guest guest
Hi Group, I read on a PLS site that massages are one of the treatments for PLS. Does anyone get a massage on a regular basis? Does your neuro recommend it? Do they help? Sue in Calif.

Guest guest
I get one every 3 weeks. I would do more but insurance doesn't pay for it... I love it and for about 3 days I move much easier and my muscles are not so cramped... Now if I could get one every 3 days ;-) dale Massage > Hi Group, I read on a PLS site that massages are one of the treatments for PLS. Does anyone get a massage on a regular basis?
