Guest guest
---Thanks Val I am taking the iron but struggling to get keep it up with my heavy periods (prob due to being hypo). So it seems that its a bit of a catch 22. Hypo - need iron - iron low - making hypo. Can you pls expand on what you mean by tolerating the T3? Do you suggest I go 5 -5-5-5 or add a 5mcg each three days till I am at 20mcgs? I don't know how much to raise to as my temps aren't that low anyway. Guest guest
If your temps are below 98.6 you need more thyroid. Yes I would add it in in another dose if you can. lower doses spread otu seem to be much easier on the body and adrenals than increasing fewer doses. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://www.seewell4less.com/Valspage.htm Medical Alert Bracelets
