My Ferritin level was 18, so I started iron. My doc told me ferriitin didnt matter anyway, but try it if I wanted to. Someone on a forum (I think) told me to take it with C becasue it works better. Arg. info overload and I still feel like sh**! :) at least I can laugh about it today... maybe Ill have another ferritin test next week to see if I need it anymore. When I feel like devoting a good couple of hours to the internet, Im going to read up on adrenals. Everyone keeps pointing me there, and I dont know anything except I asked for a test a while back, and the doc said it was ok. but, you know how taht goes... thanks!

Re: What I take in one day: Am I killing myself slowly?

Oh, I just noticed you take both Iron and Vit C - unless you have beendirected by your doctor to take both of those for a very specificreason STOP. Too much iron will give the same symptoms - and vit Cmakes the iron situation stronger - so if your doc said to do it for adisease then check with him first. IF you are only doing it becauseyou felt like trying it, or some one misguidedly said "try iron itwon't hurt "then discontinue it. Excess iron is dangerous. Your bodyhas no way to get rid of excess iron except through loss of blood.Sorry to be a party pooper. -Lynn > >> > Meds and supplements I take each day.
