Oh Helen, this is very exciting! I have a couple of questions if you don't

mind.

How high did you end up having to raise the hc to before you stabilized?

Also, do you have comparison test results you can share of before & after

adrenal numbers? I would love to see them.

I was stage 7 and now am off HC...wahoo. It took 6 months...and I still

keep

HC on hand. I occasionally stress dose once a month if I feel fatigued.

Otherwise I am off and continue to improve.
