Guest guest Posted November 28, 2007 Report Share Posted November 28, 2007 hi valerie,after i take my morning dose of HC of 7.5mg i dont get a burst of energy i can sleep witch is good,but im still very hypo.and have a headache can this be just from hypo or maybe im on too low a dose in the morning?the morning is when my adrenals were depressed at 9 (13-24)i did sleep last night from 830pm to 830 this morning with the exception of waking maybe a couple times i havent slept like that in a long time.thanks valerie still trying to learn some stuff so i appologize in advance for this common question.
