Noticing a pattern...do I need to increase HC every day or just on busy days

I am currently taking 30 mg HC, dosed 7.5, 7.5, 7.5, 5, 2.5. I have

to split it up 5 doses because I can't go more than 3 hours between

doses (except in the evening) without all my symptoms coming back.

If I have a day at home where I am " just " homeschooling and taking

care of household stuff, my daily averages are fine. If I have to go

shopping, run errands, or have a lot to do, my averages really tank.

I don't *feel* stressed on a day when we have a Girl Scout meeting

and a trip to the grocery added to the schedule, but my average temps

drops dramatically, and then I don't sleep that night. Of course,

that sets me up for a couple of days of misery.

This is independent of Armour changes and I have maintained the same

cortisol level.

So, do I just need to add more on days that we are out of the house,

like 2.5 or 5 mg, or does this situation indicate that I am not

rebuilding my reserves, and should increase my dosage EVERY day?

Thanks,
