Guest guest
> Although I certainly respect your knowledge of afib, I must agreeably > disagree with your opinion about afib necessarily shortening one's life. Good Morning . It is good to hear from you again even if we don't always agree on everything. Friends don't always have to agree. Disagreement and discussion brings out the best of the subject. In individual cases, AF may not shorten ones life span, but it is documented that on the average, due to the things I mentioned it does. the Maze board is still on line and going. We had to unexpectedly move it due to unwanted spam that was filling up our board. It kept 2 of us busy just deleting it, and some bordered on pornographic. The new address is http://www.mddietofutah.com/maze/index.html or anyone can write me and get the new address. My address on the site here is still correct. Next April there will be a Maze get together in St. Louis. It will be held at Washington University by Hospital. It is being put together by Dr. who developed the maze, plus the Hospital maze surgeon, and Carl Plaskett from my web site. It will be a conference on the maze of how it was developed, the maze now, and the future of the maze. It will show the new minimal invasive procedures and what to expect. Good to hear that you are still in NSR.

Jack, The board I was wondering about was the one under the auspices of AOL and moderated by Terri P., the Maze R.N. who had worked with Dr. . Did you then move that board and combine it with the " middlefutah " board for Maze alumni? If so, I suppose you didn't want to post on the defunct board the address of the new board since all the spammers would then move to the new board. in sinus in Seattle

That is the one that was operated by Terri from town University Medical Center. Terri was Dr. 's nurse and ran the web site. When Dr. left, I think Terri stayed there and kept the board operating for awhile, but it was finaly abandoned for some reason. It was a very good board with a lot of usage, but no more. The only board I had any connection with is the one I started. It was the Maze Alumni board. I keep checking the town board sometimes but it is still not working. It is still on the www, but no post since Nov. 03.
