NESTLE® Toll House® Butterscotch Flavored Morsels (1%) • 1 cup caramels, unwrapped, coarsely chopped Directions: Coat 13 x 9-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Combine cereal, pretzels, peanuts and caramels in large bowl. Place morsels in medium, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) power for 1 minute; then stir. The morsels may retain some of their original shape. If necessary, microwave at additional 10 to 15-second intervals, stirring just until morsels are melted. Pour over cereal mixture; stir to coat evenly. Spread mixture into prepared baking pan; let stand for 20 to 30 minutes or until firm. Break into small pieces. Ingredients: • 1/2 cup Fisher® Chef's Naturals® Unsalted Cashews (3%), toasted • 1/2 cup Fisher® Chef's Naturals® Whole Natural Almonds (3%), toasted • 4 tbsp. Domino® Sugar (3%) • 1/4 cup Filippo Berio® Olive Oil (1%) • Several large leaves of lettuce • 1 cup celery • 2 cups apples, cubed • 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard • 1/4 tsp. pepper • A few drops of hot pepper sauce (optional) Directions: In a medium bowl, combine apples, nuts and celery. In small bowl or blender, combine vinegar, sugar, mustard, pepper and hot pepper sauce; then slowly blend in olive oil. Drizzle over apple mixture and blend well. Refrigerate up to 2 hours before serving. Serve on a bed of lettuce. Makes about 4 servings. Ingredients: • 1/2 cup LAND O LAKES® Sweet Cream Butter (3%), softened • 3/4 cup Domino® Sugar (3%) • 2 EGGLAND'S BEST® Eggs (1%) • 1 tsp. Diamond Crystal® Salt (3%) • 1 1/4 cup Lucky Leaf ® or Musselman's® Apple Butter (3%) • 1/2 cup Fisher® Chef's Naturals® Chopped Walnuts (3%) • 2 cups All Purpose Flour • 2 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder • 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda • 3/4 tsp. Allspice Directions: Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Beat butter and sugar until creamy; add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Set aside. Sift and mix flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and allspice. Add to creamed mixture, alternately with apple butter, and stir in nuts. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake 60-70 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove bread from pan; cool thoroughly before slicing. Makes about 10 servings. Variations: Add 1/2 cup chopped raisins, toasted coconut or dates.
