Need help with interpreting labs and what more labs I may need

I have Hashi's x 13 years, been on synthetics this whole time feeling

like crap(sound familiar-ha!)

Saliva test results are:7-8am 8 depressed 13-24 nM

11-noon 4 depressed 5-10 nM

4-5pm 2 depressed 3-8 nM

11-midnight 3 normal 1-4 nM

cortisol burden 18

DHEA 3 borderline (3-10)

morning cortisol blood = 12.6

DHEA blood 172 143-1277 nM

thyroid antibodies microsomal 124 <35 nM

I am getting renin, serum ACTH and aldosterone. Didn't get ACTH stim

test ordered...is that okay???

I need to find out if I am primary or secondary adrenal

fatigue/insuffucient.

I started Armour and Isocort (I know i shouldn't at same time -

desperate ) for 3 days and then got my saliva results. Now I am

back to synthetics and will get more lab work..

Just need to see if I am on track. Do I need more than Isocort? I

was feeling great for the first time those 3 days. Woke up from my

coma!!!
