Guest guest
Shona - Hi. When I first learned that I had allergies I asked where I could get relief. My doctor said the beach. Apparently, the incoming breezes tend to blow the pollen inland. I have found some limited relief at the beach, but the there can be big time mold at the beach and I'm allergic to that too. Generally though on a clear sunny day I could stay out 3-4 hours on the beach (I'd still itch at night though). It was especially great during ragweed season, which is just horrendous in my neck of the woods. You do have to be careful though. Sometimes the breezes change and blow out to sea, and of course that's a problem. Hope I was of some help. Glad you've had some sucess and hope you have lots more.
