Guest guest
If I stress dose in the evening or at night will it keep me awake or help me sleep? My cortisol levels are high at night already and I do not want to add to the problem but sometimes my husband's action thrillers stress me out in the evening and leave me with a " buzz " and I cannot sleep afterward. I have been avoiding watching these movies for the past year but I miss the time with dh. Thanks everyone! Your knowledge is invaluable to me! Guest guest
Actually I had to stop watching horror movies for the same reason. I would say if you stress dose BEFORE watching it, it would help and not interfere with sleep, but if you wait until you are jumping out of your skin it is too late the adrenalin has alrady been released. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
