ablation and back pain

Hi everyone:

I am nearing he end of the second month following a rather extensive

ablation procedure. My experience is similar to that of many others,

including premature and skipped beats, occasional left atrial flutter,

and varying moods.

But one thing bothers me very much which I found in members reports, I

suffer from pain in my upper back. The pain does not seem to result from

any orthopedic causes. I sense that it comes from a " wounded " heart

which invite thoughts from inflammation of the tissues to more serious

damage. I should also note that during part of the procedure, I sensed

the pain not in the chest but rather in the upper back.

Has anyone out there has similar experience or could enlighten me on

this matter.
