Guest guest
Sol, you couldn't have put it better. I haven't felt " good " for so long, that I don't know what that means anymore. One doctor described my " constellation of symptoms " stating that they couldn't possibly all be caused by my being hypoT. Of course, all he thought about with thyroid for symptoms was the typical fatigue, weight gain, dry hair, etc. and he never even contemplated adrenal fatigue. I think that I am slowly getting better, especially as I figure out how to take HC, what I can and cannot eat and when, and as I slowly increase my Armour. I believe/hope that the last factor is the key for me since I am still only at 1 1/4 grains and need a lot more to totally suppress my own thyroid so that the Hashis cools down, and it seems to be the case that we can actually feel worse on a less than optimal dose of Armour. I had a bad day on Wed., a good day yesterday, but over did it at work, and now I'm having a less good day today. I would like to just be able to string a few good days together so that I knew what that felt like but I guess I'm not there yet. > I think I " m getting better slowly.
