Guest guest
Anyone taking or contemplating taking DHEA should read this. Scroll down to the bottom to read people's personal experiences. http://www.raysahelian.com/dhea.html DHEA is potent stuff and can cause side effects like hair loss, heart palpitations, and irritability/rage. It should NOT be supplemented if you're not deficient, and should only be started at 5 mg OR LESS. People have had side effects on doses as low as 10 mg. I think women also need to be more cautious with this because DHEA tends to increase testosterone so is more suited as a supplement for men. It may cause acne. With those precautions aside, it MAY benefit some of you with extremely low DHEA, but you need to read this link first so you can be aware of possible side effects and stop if necessary.
