My TPOab thyroid antibodies test was normal, what does it then mean

can I still have autoimmunal hypothyroidism or what are other options?

The treatment is the same still in any cases, Armour?

TSH=5.8 (0.3-4.5), T4V=11 (low, yet " normal " ) Thank you!
