Guest guest
Hi Val, I have been having leg cramps at night but last night they started when I was laying there watching TV. Then I had one after another all night long in both legs and in my feet also. I would drop off for about 15mins. and then another one would hit and they are not just your typical charlie horse they are so painful ones. Do you know what I can do. Thanks, Bernetta
Guest guest
This is often an imbalance of minerals. Do you take Florinef? If so you might try eating some potassiium rich foods such as bananas and orange juice if you take just sea salt you may need mroe , and you can also try magnesium supplements. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
Guest guest
http://www.pubmedcentral.nih.gov/articlerender.fcgi?artid=1281637 This is an article on PubMed Central I found entitled " Endocrine evaluation for muscle pain " . I also have the muscle pain in my left calf and mine is not related to a mineral deficiency. I have a bad cold right now and have not increased my HC cream and have noticed the leg pain again which must mean my cortisol is low (and of course my thyroid because I'm not even taking thyroid again until my temps stabilize) The Drs I have mentioned this to sorta ignored me - had no clue. Guest guest
Hi Val, thanks for you reply. No I don't take Florinex just Armour and HC. I have to get more mag. I ran out about a month ago and keep forgetting to get it. I don't eat fruit because I have had really bad candida for yrs. So I don't eat any sugar or gluten and it stays under control. So I could get some potassium supplements too. I thought maybe my salt and pot. were out of balance. Bernetta -- Re: Question for Val--leg cramps This is often an imbalance of minerals.
