I really think stage 7 is beyond supplements but on another health list

(not specific to thyroid or adrenals) I'm being told that if I get my

glutathione levels up, and take SomaLife gHP that would fix me. The

nutritional consultant who recommends this also says he gets all his

adrenal fatigue clients off HC as soon as they can wean down, and just

puts them on undenatured whey, SomaLife, and other supps like selenium

and I forget what all.

But I have a hard time believing this would work for someone with

adrenals as flatlined as mine I'm stage 7. And my graph is almost

totally flat. What I'm wondering is what is the chicken and what the egg

here? If I get my adrenals well supported and get to my optimal dose of

T3 with glutathione levels, etc raise without me taking all those

expensive supps? For example SomaLife woudl cost nearly $1000 per year

by itself. On that list they are saying if I stop HC and thyroid, and

use whey, SomaLife, virgin coconut oil, selenium and all the other

stuff, the adrenals and thyroid will fix themselve. I believe they imply

Hashi's would also reverse, as they talk a lot about autoimmune disease

and inflammation being fixed by the supplement protocol. But they insist

raising glutathione levels will fix nearly everything that can be wrong

with a human body. Undenatured whey isn't all that expensive, and I have

no problem thinking of using a whey shake or two daily for extra

protein, etc, but I just can't believe this glutathione and gHPprotocol

will help me at this point. And who has $1000 per year for ONE

supplement? I sure don't.

thanks for any comments,

sol
