Very much forward then backwards. Everything seems difficult of discernment for me. Could be the EBV complication, could be the Hashi's, could be aldosterone, god knows. I need more testing at some point. I think my inability to really separate and define symptoms comes from so very many years of feeling bad somewhere nearly all the time. Unless a symptom really slaps me in the face, it is just part of the background noise of ill health I've learned to live with for the last several decades. Sad to get so used to feeling bad that it all becomes a soup of inseparable symptoms.
