Cortisol still high at night, need advice

Hi,

I justed started Cortef on 11/5 and ramped my way up slowly to 20 mg

daily per the suggested dosage in our files. I am also on 3 and 1/2

grains Armour Thyroid. I reached the full 20 mg dose this past Sunday,

11/18. I am still having trouble getting to sleep at night. I go to

bed at Midnight, wake up at 5 am. I thought by now I would be adjusted.

If not, how long will it take?

I take 10 mg Cortef when I get up, 5 mg 4 hours later, 2.5 mg 4 hours

later, and 2.5 mg at bedtime.
