How low is your Ferritin? Ifin the teens or lower it can cause som eof

those symptoms but it can also be low cortiosl still. 6 pellets of

isocort is not much cortisol.

Pat, I'm not Val, but I do know you need to graph your temps per

When temps are stable you have reached your dose of Isocort or HC, and

can start thyroid.

Pat, This has been an issue for me too. Just wait 20-30 minutes and

take it then.
