It's just likeweight lifters ,Too much too soon can tear muscle tissue, like the

therapist at Mayo told me, dont push yourself too hard . a small amount of pain

is ok but be a good judge of when is enough . when i do my stretches for the

calf muscles i can tell when ive had enough .Then walk away for a while then

come back . Just so that the muscles get the signal so that Growth Factor starts

..Some have looked into HGH Human Growth Hormone . But ive heard be careful

because of false claims in some And you can get the injections but they are very

very high . My neighbor has been a weight lifter for many years and helped me

out a little .Like the Creatine and i found they use it in trials . GEO

Do try to be a hero and

> do it all at once. Just work slowly.

I meant:

Do NOT try to be a hero and do it all at once.

Hi : I kinda figured it was a typo. Thanks for the info. I

met one of my neighbors yesterday who has MS and she does 45 minutes

of water exercises every day. She asked me to join her, and I will.

I used to do water aerobics 3x a week, but I find now that I can't

keep up with the class. Working with a friend should be much better.
