hospital appointment/intro

Hi there, my name is Helen, my daughter Cerys is 2.9 years. We have a

hospital appointment on july 20th, it is for an hour, what should i

expect? How on earth do they do any testing on a child with barely

any speech, also a child who wont get off my lap in a strange place?

On a plus note Cerys is more verbal recently, she says mom, dad, tea,

poo,wee, no, anything involving a longer word she either talks

nonsense or has a go and gets a small bit of it right. Thanks Helen
