Guest guest
That's enough, . Stop beating yourself up. We know you'll be back in leeway next week. Being a KOPS isn't always easy. That's why we need to get to at least 5 below. Then we don't have to worry so much about those gains, as long as we still work to take it off the next week. Guest guest
That would be soooooooooo cute !!!!!!!! Jordan in a Halloween outfit !!!!!! Too bad there isn't an Alanis one !!!!!!?????????? NONE of my dogs would stand for having a costume on them !!!! They don't even like leashes ~~ used to running WILD !!!!!! They are in the house and a fenced part of our yard most of the time though ~ sometimes we do let them go 'out' then they usually get into a barking war with the dogs across the street !!!!! Mine act sooooooo ferocious !!!!! The other day one came back home running as fast as she could with 2 of the dogs there chasing her !!!!! Hugs, Randie Re: Roll Call/Exercise () Thanks Randie! I appreciate you being nice this one time because it's something I need to hear! :)Have a great weekend. KOPS LOVE, :)P.S. Too bad I have to work Tuesday. Petsmart is having a HOWL-O-WEEN custome contest for the dogs. You know the dork I am I would have dressed Jordan up and took her. They are taking pictures too like they do at Christmas time. Oh well. I wish I didn't have to work. Maybe I'll make my neighbor do it. LOL! Now....what would Jordan want to be for HOWL-O-WEEN?!?!?! Guest guest
Thanks for your kind words . I have been working hard eating wise and water wise all week but not much exercise. It's hard to get exercise when I'm working my 7 on. I am going to try and walk tonight and tomorrow night after work. I am going for 1.50 lb. loss this week. That's doable and it will put me back in leeway. I will keep trying to have little losses until I reach 7 under goal. That's the best way to do it! No more big losses and certainly no more big gains!Good luck to you as well. KOPS HUGS, Re: Roll Call/Exercise () It is okay , it wasn't that big of a gain and as you said you can get it off this next week. I can relate to losing better when you are working. That is why I am having such a hard time now, not working at all. I keep telling my husband I have to do something or I will put this weight back on. Just keep walking and drinking that water. It will come off this next week. Love ya GO HOUSTON ASTROS! wrote: Don't ask me how or why but I gained 3 lbs. this week. Guest guest
I lost 3 lbs. this week. I am back in leeway 1.50 lbs. OVER goal. I hope to be under goal next Thursday. I have set up some goals to get me back on track and heading to 7 under my goal. Goal #1 is to lose 1.75 lbs. and get UNDER goal. Goal #2 is to lose 3.50 lbs. and start Century Club again and for good this time. I want to receive my medallion at SRD 2007 NOT 2008. Plus I want to get recognized as a 100 lb. loser at SRD 2006 so I have to be 194 or under by SRD to get it right? That's my 100 lb. loss mark. Goal #3 is to lose 6.50 lbs. and get to 191 and turn in my new goal slip of 191. Goal #4 is to lose 13.50 lbs. and get to 189 which is 7 under my new goal and stay there! ! ! ! I have set these goals for my self and let my TOPS/KOPS pals know about them. Seeing them in writing and telling my pals about them will help me ACCOMPLISH them. Exercise was 10 hours this week. Walked a lot after work plus a few times around work and walked a TON at BUZZFest. Boy did we park far away and you walk back and forth all day from the side stage to the main stage. I know that was what attributed to my loss this week. I drank 80 plus oz. of water everyday. I always take four 16 oz. bottles of Ozarka to work. I added an extra bottle every day this week. I kept my food chart all week long. Thanks to all for sending me their online charts that I requested. I am more reliable to type it online and print it each week than actually write it down. I was able to resist late night eating all week this week from Friday - Wednesday. I was on my 7 on and get home at 12:30 and usually cave in and eat something but I did not! I'm proud of myself! Extra points Melody? For Texas TOPS: I contacted my teammates and my partner all week. I challenged my partner and she challenged me and we both accomplished our challenges. I even challenged a member of my chapter this week. She accepted the challenge to go around 3 times at Curves instead of 2 and have a 1 lb. loss next week. She was excited to accept the challenge and I will keep in touch with her this week via e-mail to see how she's doing. Wanna give me extra points Melody for getting back in leeway again in one week? LOL! And I think that's about it. Have a great weekend everyone. I have a jam packed weekend ahead of me with a birthday party, a Halloween party, and the Texas Renessaince festival. Re: wrote>>"Plus I want to get recognized as a 100 lb. loser at SRD 2006 so I have to be 194 or under by SRD to get it right?" I'm not sure... maybe one of the field staff on the list can answer that. It was my understanding that in order to get recognized for CCIW at SRD in 2006, you have to reach it by the end of Dec. in 2005. Hopefully someone can help us with this question. hugs, Janet

It was my understanding that in order to get recognized for CCIW at SRD in 2006, you have to reach it by the end of Dec. in 2005. Hopefully someone can help us with this question.hugs,Janet* * * , you are right - - you can be recognized as a 100# loser if you get there before SRD, even if it's after the first of the year - for CCIW you don't get recognized at all until you have maintained your 100# loss for a full year. So go for it my friend - you will be 100# loser even before the end of the year. SEE YOU ON STAGE IN 2006!!! In fact, you're going to be across that stage so many times, EVERYBODY is going to want your autograph!! (((HUGS))) Clara
Guest guest
OK It sounds like you have gave yourself a good talking to. And that will have set these goals in your head. You have set yourself these goals and they are good ones. So get yourself out of the top leeway and go for them !!!!!!!!! Maybe you could make yourself a list of what you have got to quit doing to make them happen and stick to it!!!!!!!!.Lay them side by side wnere you can them every day.And just do it. As determined as you are now-you can do it. I just know it. You have to stay under 100 lbs lost to be on stage in Dallas. No yo-yos, as you well know. We all are rooing for you. Go Go !!!!!!!!!!!!! Should Miss Melody and I bring our boots ??????? LOL Willie Roll Call/Exercise () I lost 3 lbs. this week.I am back in leeway 1.50 lbs. OVER goal.I hope to be under goal next Thursday.I have set up some goals to get me back on track and heading to 7 under my goal.Goal #1 is to lose 1.75 lbs. and get UNDER goal.Goal #2 is to lose 3.50 lbs. and start Century Club again and for good this time. I want to receive my medallion at SRD 2007 NOT 2008. Plus I want to get recognized as a 100 lb. loser at SRD 2006 so I have to be 194 or under by SRD to get it right? That's my 100 lb. loss mark.Goal #3 is to lose 6.50 lbs. and get to 191 and turn in my new goal slip of 191.Goal #4 is to lose 13.50 lbs. and get to 189 which is 7 under my new goal and stay there! ! ! ! I have set these goals for my self and let my TOPS/KOPS pals know about them. Seeing them in writing and telling my pals about them will help me ACCOMPLISH them.Exercise was 10 hours this week. Walked a lot after work plus a few times around work and walked a TON at BUZZFest. Boy did we park far away and you walk back and forth all day from the side stage to the main stage. I know that was what attributed to my loss this week.I drank 80 plus oz. of water everyday. I always take four 16 oz. bottles of Ozarka to work. I added an extra bottle every day this week.I kept my food chart all week long. Thanks to all for sending me their online charts that I requested. I am more reliable to type it online and print it each week than actually write it down.I was able to resist late night eating all week this week from Friday - Wednesday. I was on my 7 on and get home at 12:30 and usually cave in and eat something but I did not! I'm proud of myself! Extra points Melody? :)For Texas TOPS: I contacted my teammates and my partner all week. I challenged my partner and she challenged me and we both accomplished our challenges. I even challenged a member of my chapter this week. She accepted the challenge to go around 3 times at Curves instead of 2 and have a 1 lb. loss next week. She was excited to accept the challenge and I will keep in touch with her this week via e-mail to see how she's doing.Wanna give me extra points Melody for getting back in leeway again in one week?
