Guest guest
Jim, If you've still got B-cell function left, you might be interested in investigating going on a casein and gluten free diet. There are sometimes cases of people reversing the damage when it's done early. Also check out VitalzymX. Some success reversing with Type 1's even after many years. My daughter had excellent results with going on a casein free diet. If you can find a nutritionist, they can be a big help in getting different types of testing done that mainstream doctors won't do or aren't even aware of. Guest guest
I think your hypothesis is partially correct the other thing that comes into play with Glucose and adding cortisol is adrenaline. If your own cortisol is very low it will cause your body to secrete adrenaline an the adrenaline causes glucagon release from the liver. giving your body the cortisol it needs stops this. BTW I have noticed the same effect, an have even asked doctors abotu it... DUH... they tell me it is impossible. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
