Hi everyone,

Just to recap I had my PVA here in the UK on Aug 7th and since then

I have had loads of problems that I have shared with you all. BUT on

Oct 14th at 1300 I went into N.S.R. and I have been there ever since.

16 wonderful,ecstatic,delightful days. I am drinking normal coffee (

no decaf for me thankyou ) ; had a glass of champagne;been for a

cycle ride;sleeping well at nights ( no big pee anymore ). I can eat

what I like i.e. chocolate ( yummy ) and other goodies that I

considered as " triggers. " I feel free. At long last for over 21

years I am over the worse now. Come and join me folks !
