I don't mean to cause any confusion, but as a " newbie " , I am grateful to see

that people are looking at this diet in an inquisitive way. As quoted from a

member

" It works! I'm just trying to figure out how it works

from which we can perhaps understand how a cure might manifest. "

I understand the focus of this group is to implement the diet, and despite the

discussion- everyone here seems to be on it. I am grateful for any advice,

support, and help with implementing it, but also relieved that people on it

maintain a desire to learn and discuss the actual science behind it too. I think

it adds to the support overall, but I will be careful not to be confusing to

others.
