Do you eat much dairy? I've read about many people whose mucus production goes

into overdrive due to a casein intolerance.

I do also get a mucousy throat, worse when I wake up and my throat gets very

raspy and sore. Not sure if the two are linked. The throat problem I have had

for a long time and apparently is a symptom of sucrose intolerance (which I

have), but the mucousy eyes I have only been getting for a couple of months.
