Sorry about the late reply. I have no idea. I know when I make the chicken soup,

I puree the chicken back into the soup and I love the texture so I'm sure some

chicken (since chicken doesn't have much flavor alone) would be good.

Hope you like the soup. It's velvety texture is what makes it so awesome.

with some kind of pureed meat added, for a little extra holding power?
