Hello Jackie and Joan,

Thanks for the information about Gastrocom and Bromelain. Do I need a

presciption for Gastrocom? As you suggested, I refuse to take any NSAIDS,

not even a little. Especially since the cold wind has returned to the

plains, and I feel a little itchy ( no hives yet).

I still have some inflammation behind my right knee, and it has been there

for over 2 months now. The doctor has asked me to go to physical therapy for

one more month before I see him again.
