Special education workshop Feb. 8

On Tuesday, Feb. 8, from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m., Minute Man Arc will be hosting an

Understanding your Special Education Basic Rights Workshop. The workshop

will be presented by Donna , a Federation for Children with Special

Needs trainer and an experienced Special Education Advocate. Her

presentation will cover basic rights under federal law (IDEA) and state law,

special education regulations and how to use information to assist in the

planning, decision-making and monitoring of your child's IEP.
