Guest guest
Hello all, I did post a while ago, but I haven't really introduced myself yet. I'm English and live in Amsterdam and started Atkins about 3 weeks ago. I've lost 14 pounds (an English stone, which is a landmark) and am ecstatic. We don't have any low carb stuff easily available out here, but after 3 weeks I've managed to get myself in a low-carb routine with chicken and stuff. Aside from the intro, I wanted to know if anybody knows a good place to get low-carb food in Las Vegas? I'm coming out in 2 weeks' time for a holiday (I'm really excited - I've never been to a casino or spa before, or been to the West of the US). It's going to be really tough sticking to the plan, but I thought if I could get my hands on low-carb bread and snacks I could combine them with the buffet and restaurant food. Do your supermarkets generally stock low-carb things or will I need to go to a health store? Any advice appreciated. Nyree
